I am trying to become followers of other blogs and list their sites, etc., but I have to admit I'm getting a big frustrated. I do want to be qualified for winning the blog candy at whitelinenlavenderfield.blogspot.com, but I don't know how to post a picture of her blog candy on my site. And I don't even understand how to site her blog so you can go directly there. I'm definitely not a computer technie. So you will just have to go there and check it out for yourself.

Will try to post a pic of my new granddaughter. She was born on February 3, and she was about 3 weeks in this picture.

Hopefully I will be back soon with some goodies to post.

Playing Today

I've been playing on my new Cricut Expression for most of the day. A friend was here with hers and the time passed too quickly. We made about 16 valentine cards and about 13 thank you cards. My how playing tires you out. I was having trouble with the blade cutting when it should have been picking up, so I called Provocraft and they were super. Walked me through resetting the machine, but are sending me a new blade assembly because they think that is the problem. Great service I think.

Yesterday I became a grandmother for the 5th time. Isabella (or Bella or maybe Izzy) was 3 weeks early but still weighed 5# 12 oz. and mom and baby are doing well. Will be posting a pic of her next week.

This is my first post to my blogspot. There will be lots of changes in the future as I learn what I am doing. I must admit I am computer illerate when it comes to programming, etc. So I will probably be frustrated for a while. I'm starting to yearn for warm weather and flower gardening already, but know it's a long way from now, so I will start a new paper project. I got my new Cricut Expression this week and have been having lots of fun. Also came with a Story Binder Laminator and my first project is a cookbook for my son, who is in the process of a divorce and will need to learn to cook more himself. And I am starting a project for a wedding shower project too. More on these as them come along better.
